Welcome to Design Files by Duo Custom Solutions! By accessing or purchasing digital products from our site, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS ONLY
    All products sold by Duo Custom Solutions are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped. Files are delivered via email or download link after purchase is completed.
  2. LICENSE & PERMITTED USES
    All files are licensed, not sold. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for:
  • Personal use
  • Limited commercial use (up to 50 physical products created with the design)

You may:

  • Customize or modify the design files for your own use
  • Sell up to 50 physical products using the design (e.g. signs, crafts)

You may NOT:

  • Resell, distribute, or share the digital files in any form
  • Use the designs for mass production (over 50 units) without an extended license
  • Claim the design as your own work

    All prices are in USD. Duo Custom Solutions reserves the right to change pricing or product availability at any time without notice.
  2. RETURNS & REFUNDS
    Because of the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds if:

  • The file has already been downloaded
  • You purchased the wrong item
  • You changed your mind after purchasing

We will issue a refund or replacement only if:

  • There is a proven technical issue with the file that we cannot resolve
  • The download link does not work and we are unable to provide an alternative delivery method
